1) When and how did you hear about the training\" international merchandising on the fundamental of the merchandising \"?
\"Ten years ago my boss worked on a case study in association with France Telecom and Mathemapartners. Having been very satisfied it decided to appeal again to Mathemapartners. I inquired directly about your web site, by consulting the trainings and I contacted thus afterward Sébastien TOURNE to envisage the planning of an intra training begun, dedicated specially to Make Up Forever \".
2) For what reasons did you decide to participate in it?
\" We had in hand the beginning of briefing on the realization of a study shoppers, I addressed my person in charge because I wished to do a training course on the fundamental of the merchandising to me.”
3) What is your general impression?
\"In a global way, I would say that the team is satisfied.”
4) Key points :
\" The vocabulary used during the training was the same for everybody, he allows to understand indeed and to be clear in our respective comments. We realized through this training that we had a communication problem on the place of sale (ILV, PLV). We estimated that the timing of single day was well respected and not spread over two consecutive days \"
5) Weak points:
\"We note as main weak point, the part on colours and behaviours of shoppers. The part ground was thought well but we would have wished that the practical side bases itself on the example of one of our competitors and not on a competitor outside our business sector, so that the activity becomes really relevant \".
6) Points to be improved and\\or advice:
\" There would be indeed a precise point to be improved, concerning the activity on the ground, we went to spring, but we would have wished the second day dedicated in the \"ground\", to deepen(fathom) certain very precise points, in our demand(request) \".
7) Did she answer your expectations?
\" In 70/80 % yes \".
8) If yes, why?
\" The training answered our expectations of a merchandising point of view, the contribution of the most merchandising \".
9) If not, why?
\" It is a reserved answer, because the part study to shopper did not really pack to us \".
10) It has took place in September since you were able to apply certain points views during the training course?
\" Yes, we were able to apply certain points seen during the training course, such as the setting-up(presence) of advertising on the place of sale. We added two three things in more because we saw well that there were missing information / communications.
We would like to see with Mathemapartners if it was possible to redo a mini training by answering the problems of the study of the behaviours of the consumers, without paying because this part was understood in the estimate and it has according to us not was treated\".
11) Can you summarize in a word / sentence the training?
\" It is a pleasant and enriching training \".
